A 672-hour performance treats the laboratory as a place to multiply, decompose and reassemble the body.
Over 28 days, AslieMk (Aslı Dinç and Mustafa Kemal Yurttaş) inhabited a temporary Time and Space Research Laboratory. Body-images, diagrams, notes, projections, translucent architectures and repeated actions became tools for experiments in cloning, teleportation, memory and altered embodiment.
Audience members encountered a research process in progress. Each attempt to copy, miscompose or reconstruct the body left fragments: drawings, sounds, diary notes, images and residues of a body trying to multiply itself.
Bilocation is approached as a performative method for thinking through presence and duplication. The work keeps the relationship between body, image, time and space open to repeated experimentation.

AslieMk Duo Project
2012–2019 / Performance duo
Developed as part of AslieMk, the long-term performance duo of Aslı Dinç and Mustafa Kemal Yurttaş. Active between 2012 and 2019, AslieMk worked across performance, sculpture, video, sound and experimental laboratory formats, exploring posthuman embodiment, psychogeography, ghostly becoming and hybrid systems.
Every AslieMk performance also takes shape as an installation. The duo developed a practice of performance remains as installation: objects, materials and traces generated through live action continue to inhabit the space, carrying the performance into an extended material afterlife.
